Please allow 14 to 28 days for delivery.
Any damaged goods must be reported with 2 days of receipt.
We reserve the rights to make minor changes to designs.
Prices include UK delivery.
We are a non-VAT registered company and therefore prices do not include VAT which is not payable.

Orders to be sent abroad will be charged at cost.

GLASSWARE
Standard box is a basic sturdy brown cardboard box.
Gift box is a custom made silver presentation gift box.
Satin box is a blue satin lined presentation gift box.
All glassware is individually hand painted and is hand washable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GLASSWARE WEDDING ORDERS
Photographs of your design will be sent to you for approval.
We will provide you with one free sample of your approved design, thereafter samples will be charged at £5.00 each, excluding Decanter sets.
Orders must be placed no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.
A 25% deposit will be payable when your order is placed, The full balance being payable prior to receipt of your completed order.
Prices quoted are based on standard designs, all glasses painted with the same design.
Please note some bespoke designs may be charged at a higher rate, depending on the detail included.

Prices quoted are for unboxed glassware unless otherwise stated, boxes are available at additional cost.
